On the 27th, the National Radio and Television Administration announced that it has recently issued a notification regarding three industry standards for broadcasting, television, and online audiovisual sectors, including the "Technical Requirements for Cable Television Services." The notification mandates that cable television terminals must provide two "startup mode" options: "enter full-screen live broadcast on startup" and "enter an interactive homepage highlighting the live broadcast channel on startup," with the system default setting being "enter full-screen live broadcast."

On November 20, the topic #TVHomeRunningAway# also trended on social media. Many users reported that the TV software "TV Home" was no longer usable, and upon opening it, a notice popped up stating, "This product has suspended services as of today."
