【Repair Process Introduction】 Online Repair Request Form

The repair request that has been approved by our company can be processed online.Repair Status Inquiry。
1. CustomerFill out the "Oneband Faulty Parts Repair Application Form" online.;
2. Customers need to fill in the detailed information in the application form. Our company will issue the invoice and the return address for the repaired equipment based on this information after the repair request is accepted (unless otherwise specified). Customers should indicate the symptoms of the equipment failure to facilitate our initial inspection.
3. The customer sends the repair application form to our company for confirmation via fax, email, etc. (with official seal or signature),Fill out onlineNo official seal is required; our repair department will provide an RMA number.
4. Upon receiving the RMA number, the customer will also receive a "Repair Shipment Information Printout" via email. This printout should be affixed to the outer packaging box of the goods being sent to our company.
5. Our processing workflow consists of receiving, initial inspection, repair, and return; the typical repair cycle for faults is 15 to 20 working days.
A Receipt: After our company receives the equipment for repair, the customer can refer to the information of the repair personnel, the device serial number, or the RMA number.Check the status of this repair.;
If the initial inspection, maintenance, or other process details do not match what the user has filled out, our company will contact the technical contact person listed in the application form.
C Our company will send the repair quotation based on the information in the application form. Unless otherwise specified, our quotation only includes the domestic transportation cost for a single trip.
After the customer makes the payment, our company will begin the repair process; if the customer needs to apply for a repair or technical service contract, please contact our after-sales service specialist.
After the maintenance is completed, a maintenance report for the equipment will be issued, and the extended warranty date for the equipment will be affixed.
F Our company will return the equipment to the customer at the address specified in the application form;
For devices that are abandoned for repair, we will charge a testing fee ranging from 500 to 1000 yuan per unit; conversely, if the device is repaired, this fee will not be charged.
【Instructions for Sending Repair Parts】
Please use electrostatic shielding/waterproof materials for inner packaging, and then place it into the original outer packaging box of the device;
Buffer corner pads and hard foam/pads should be used between the inner and outer packaging to prevent damage to the equipment from bumps during transportation;
Indicate the product model, quantity, RMA number, company name, and shipping marks on the outer packaging box;
Please inform our company of the shipment after the goods have been dispatched so we can arrange for receipt.
