Introduction to Sx TAG

Portable mixed IP/SDI + analog generation, analysis, and video/audio monitoring

Sx TAGIts SFP, SDI, and analog I/O provide incredible versatility in a handheld device. It is ideal for IP, 3G/HD/SD SDI, optical SDI, HDMI, and analog testing and measurement, as well as AES eye analysis, for applications that require true mobility and ease of use.

It supports SMPTE ST 2110-20/30/40 encapsulation/de-encapsulation and ST 2059, SDP, and NMOS, as well as SMPTE ST 2022-6 encapsulation/de-encapsulation, using the 10GE IP SFP+ module developed by Embrionix.

The useful hybrid IP/SDI features include SDI to IP and IP to SDI gateways for ST 2110-20/30/40 and ST 2022-6, as well as the capability to generate an analog reference output, synchronized to ST 2059 and ST 2022-6 IP inputs.
