The head of the city fire department stated, "We can observe data in real-time through LiveU technology and make decisions accordingly. Surprisingly, the citizens really enjoy watching the aerial videos, and we are currently considering using the related videos for urban promotion."
During large events, many people gather together, and sometimes fights can occur. Drones can instantly fly over the crowd, providing accurate locations and information about conflicts. The central command can transmit live video from the scene to the on-duty personnel. The combination of drones and real-time video helps urban authorities respond quickly to sudden emergencies. With this system, more lives can be protected: deploying drones instead of inspectors to conduct on-site checks not only reduces casualties but also saves time and costs.
In the future, there are plans to upgrade this system by installing multiple LiveU HEVC encoders and deploying more drones, enhancing the system's situational awareness capabilities to a new level.
