LiveU (Tel Aviv) headquarters recently announced new personnel adjustments. Effective December 1, 2017, Mr. Shen Xin was relieved of his duties as General Manager of the China region, and Dr. Fei Yue was appointed as the new General Manager of LiveU China, fully responsible for the administrative and business management affairs of LiveU in China, and will begin to form a new management team for LiveU China. Dr. Fei has 19 years of experience in internet and IT technology and management. With this appointment, Dr. Fei will focus on expanding LiveU's business in China, innovating business models based on traditional business areas, and exploring new application fields and markets. Previously, Dr. Fei served as the General Manager of Communitake in China and held executive positions at multinational companies such as Vodafone, Orange, and HP, possessing both strategic vision and practical experience in business development.
LiveU headquarters also appointed Mr. Liu Zhao as the Technical Director for the Asia-Pacific region, responsible for LiveU's Greater China region and providing technical support to the Asia-Pacific region with a focus on Japan and South Korea. Mr. Liu has over 13 years of experience in IT technology, having worked for several well-known companies in the broadcasting and telecommunications sectors, including China Science and Technology Ocean, Huawei Technologies, and others, with rich experience in pre-sales, technical support, and project management. Mr. Liu joined LiveU in February 2015, responsible for domestic technical support and pre-sales work in China.
LiveU headquarters also appointed Mr. Wang Yan as the Marketing Director for LiveU China, responsible for public relations and marketing efforts in the China region. Mr. Wang has over 20 years of experience in marketing, having worked for multinational companies and well-known media organizations such as Coca-Cola, China Netcom, LG, and the People's Daily, with extensive experience in public relations and media operations.
Since Dr. Fei took office, the pace of LiveU's business expansion in China has accelerated. In just three months, agreements have been reached with several authoritative media outlets, including China Central Television, Beijing Television, Xinhua News Agency, and the People's Daily, as well as numerous new partners, all expressing their desire to engage in comprehensive cooperation with LiveU.
