The X series platform products produced by Norway's Appear provide a pure hardware 4K ultra-high-definition DSNG solution.
The solution utilizes the X10 pure hardware codec device produced by Appear to accomplish the encoding and decoding of 4K ultra-high-definition signals, as well as satellite modulation and demodulation. Furthermore, the X10 platform product can integrate encoding and decoding, as well as modulation and demodulation, into a single device, allowing for signal transmission and local monitoring to be completed on one unit. This design significantly reduces the space occupied by the equipment, saving valuable rack space for satellite broadcast vehicles.
