QS100HD
Multi-format HD Quad board for Sony® LMD/LUMA displays

The Harris® QS100HD Quad (HD Quad Monitoring Board) is the first unique monitoring solution on the market designed to integrate with Sony® LMD/LUMA series displays. This multi-screen monitor provides excellent performance and picture quality for HDTV monitoring environments, making it ideal for outdoor broadcasting/mobile production, control rooms, and production studio quality monitoring. The QS100HD Quad board can be installed in the expansion slots of Sony® LMD/LUMA series displays. This fully integrated monitoring solution can be configured for quad or any four-window display, driving high-resolution LMD/LUMA displays and supporting the display of up to four automatically detected analog, SDI, and HD-SDI inputs. With a comprehensive standard feature set, the QS100HD Quad board offers a wealth of control options, including the intuitive Z-Configurator™ layout editing software, which enables easy setup and operation, supporting on-screen alerts for embedded audio and video signals. The high-performance QS100HD Quad board also features an HD-SDI output for distributing multi-screen display output,
or for cascading devices.

QVM6800+
Quad multi-screen monitor board with cascading capability

The Harris® QVM6800+ Quad board provides comprehensive multi-screen processing capabilities, suitable for the popular Harris 6800+™ modular core processing platform. The QVM6800+ board is an innovative multi-screen monitoring solution that occupies minimal space while providing comprehensive control and monitoring at a lower cost, making it an ideal choice for outdoor broadcasting/mobile production vehicles, studio production facilities, and existing 6800+ users. The QVM6800+ is available in two versions — one is a standalone quad board for standard "four inputs to a single display" applications; the other is the QVM6800+C flexible cascading model, designed to link multiple boards together to build a larger system. The QVM6800+ board is designed for use in the 20-slot 6800+ 2RU chassis. This industry-leading chassis offers built-in cooling, enhanced hot-swappable power, is lightweight, and supports various modules for processing, distribution, and conversion. Since each QVM6800+ board occupies only three 6800+ slots, up to six such quad boards can be installed alongside hundreds of other 6800+ boards in a single chassis — providing a highly space-efficient solution. Both versions of the QVM6800+ board offer four automatically detected inputs and synchronized DVI and HDSDI outputs — ensuring excellent picture quality. Additionally, both boards provide resolutions up to 1920x1200 (1920x1080 when cascaded), as well as embedded audio and video alarm features.

Predator II-GX™

HView™ SX Hybrid
Scalable multi-view monitoring solution with IP decoding capabilities for Platinum™ matrix switchers

The Harris HView™ SX Hybrid multi-view monitor is designed for hybrid applications, capable of routing and monitoring both traditional and IP signals. This multi-view monitor/matrix solution aggregates baseband and broadband monitoring capabilities, excellent graphic performance, and optional integrated test and measurement tools (for baseband signals) within a single chassis, aimed at reducing integration costs in today’s complex A/V monitoring environments and achieving more efficient space utilization. The HView SX Hybrid multi-view monitor resides in the output section of the Harris® Platinum™ matrix frame, offering both a dedicated multi-view monitor version and a multi-view monitor/matrix integrated version. This hybrid multi-view monitor includes four chassis sizes (5RU, 9RU, 15RU, 28RU) and offers unique features such as IP video display, RSS subscription feeds directed to the monitor, and advanced Virtual Network Connection (VNC). With VNC, operators can control multiple independent devices with a simple mouse click; this allows operators to respond quickly to alerts, while system integrators do not need to use dedicated hardware to control and monitor third-party devices.

HView™ IP
IP-based video network display and monitoring solution

The Harris HView™ IP multi-view monitor is a 1RU-sized IP-based video network display and monitoring solution designed to meet the needs of multi-channel broadcasters and headends. This compact multi-view monitor provides all the monitoring capabilities of today’s industry-leading baseband multi-view monitors but operates in a network environment — where the monitored signal sources are primarily compressed video or audio. This IP-based multi-view monitor supports various compression formats and resolutions, making it ideal for operators using different codecs (from high-quality H.264 to lower bitrate MPEG-2) for different tasks. Unique features include support for Virtual Network Connection (VNC) control, allowing users to view and control PC-based devices; RSS display for interaction with various network data providers; multi-format IP stream decoding; and built-in visual alarms.
