The Harley Proview7100 Integrated Reception and Processing Platform combines DVB descrambling, multi-format video decoding, and MPEG stream processing in a single unit, with a chassis height of 1RU, making it suitable for a wider range of applications. It meets demanding application requirements while maximizing ease of use and flexible design, with adaptable hardware configurations. It is compatible with various grid architectures and provides advantageous support for advanced content interaction and redundant backup. The ProView 7100 Integrated Reception and Processing Platform offers an ideal solution for digital turn (DTA) processing, descrambling, and decoding operations; the flexible and compact ProView 7100 features several front-end options, allowing operators to create customized solutions to fit their needs, with the ability to enhance functionality as those needs change. Digital turn operators typically descramble only the selected services from the received transport stream before feeding it into their own CA for new digital chains. The ProView 7000 (PVR7000) economically meets this demand by utilizing its dual DVB-CI interfaces on board to descramble multiple services from one or two transport streams.

The PVR7100 is no longer just a receiver or digital turn platform; the PVR7100 has added transcoding capabilities, enabling arbitrary to arbitrary transcoding, making it a truly universal turn platform.
Currently, this transcoding feature has been announced as discontinued.
