NSG 36R1GThis is a QAM RF module used in the high-density Harley Company NSG™9000 universal edge QAM platform. The module has two RF ports, each capable of outputting 36 QAMs (ITU-T J.83 ANEX B / C) or 27 QAMs (ITU-T J.83 ANEX A). The configuration of the RF output ports is highly flexible, allowing for the maximum number of QAMs, with the frequency positions of the QAMs set within a 384MHz block for each port.
The NSG 8R1G is suitable for various applications, including Video on Demand (VOD), Switched Digital Video (SDV), broadcasting, and DOCSIS-compatible Modular CMTS (M-CMTS). As part of the NSG 9000 platform, the 36R1G QAM RF module can be easily and efficiently managed and configured using a standalone Web GUI, Cluster Configuration Tool (MCT), Harmonic NMX™ Digital Service Manager, or any other SNMP-compatible management platform.
