AppearTV, a global leader in next-generation headend solutions for broadcast and IP television, today announced that visitors to CommunicAsia 2012 (1N3-07) will be able to see a new modular front-end architecture based on multi-screen OTT, which includes a range of unique solutions from AppearTV's encoding and transcoding offerings.

CommunicAsia 2012 will showcase television solutions that deliver DVB-T/T2 to terminals at such a high level. The internal design eliminates the integration issues of multi-vendor approaches to DVB-T/T2 infrastructure. AppearTV's high-density chassis platform in the DVB-T/T2 front-end and transmitter distribution structure provides all necessary elements. Along with its intuitive management interface, these highly modular solutions are very appealing from an operational perspective, enabling customers to maximize their content sources and distribute them across the backbone network interface and functionalities of the entire terrestrial broadcasting network.
