Digital operators typically only decrypt the selected services from the received transport stream before feeding it into the new digital chain with their own CA. The ProView 7000 economically meets this demand by utilizing its dual DVB-CI interfaces on board to decrypt multiple services from 1 or 2 transport streams.
The ProView 7000's re-multiplexing feature allows for the creation of new transport streams as subsets of the original stream, with programs outputting via IP and ASI in either MPTS or multiple SPTS formats. The Hailey ProView 7000 is also a professional receiver decoder specifically designed for high-end contribution and distribution applications. The device boasts broadcast-quality MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 AVC high-definition and standard-definition decoding capabilities, providing various inputs to ensure compatibility with all transmission media.
The ProView 7000 is equipped with industry-standard digital and analog outputs, including analog video and audio, AES/EBU, SD-SDI, and HD-SDI. The device also offers HD downconversion and aspect ratio adaptation for HD content, generating baseband analog video and audio outputs that are easy to integrate with existing cable network architectures.
The ProView 7000 platform features up to 2 DVB-S/S2 or 8VSB inputs, ASI and IP outputs with transport stream decryption, and professional decoding and remultiplexing capabilities.
