The National Games of the People's Republic of China, abbreviated as "Quanyunhui," is the highest-level and largest comprehensive sports event in China.Sports MeetingThe first National Games was held in Beijing from September 13 to October 3, 1959. The National Games are held every four years, typically inOlympic GamesHeld one year after the conclusion.

The 12th National Games News Center (MPC) will serve as a modern information hub for thousands of journalists during the event, allowing a wide audience of readers, viewers, and listeners to stay informed about the 12th National Games. The main news center is located in Hunnan New District, Shenyang, approximately 2 kilometers from the Athletes' Village. The main news center consists of a press conference hall, a journalist working hall, a central media studio, a journalist lounge, and interview rooms. The press conference hall is the venue for press conferences held by the organizing committee and various delegations.

Our company (Beijing Oneband Communication Technology Co., Ltd.) began undertaking the closed-circuit digital television signal system for the 12th National Games News Center in July 2013, and it was completed in early September 2013.
The IBC closed-circuit television system is required to provide cable signals to various wired points in the IBC News Control Center during the National Games. The signal content includes real-time feeds from various sports venues throughout the event, facilitating live broadcasts for television and radio stations. Additionally, it provides high-definition television services for reporters and staff at the center. The closed-circuit television system has a capacity of 32 HD channels, covering 370 wired points in the News Control Center.

32 sets of HD programs are sourced from various venues, transmitted back to the playback control center via fiber optics, and then sent to the main control system, which selects and allocates them to the closed-circuit television system. The main equipment of the closed-circuit television system is primarily from the internationally renowned brand Harley from the United States. The 32 sets of HD programs are encoded using 8 Electra8000 HD encoders.
All programs that have completed encoding are sent in the form of IP signals to the subsequent core multiplexing processing section for further handling.

After converting the HD signal into an IP signal, it is sent to the downstream Prostream1000 multiplexer. The multiplexed signal is then modulated and output through the IPQAM modulator NSG9000. To ensure the security of the system, the IBC closed-circuit television system implements equipment redundancy and hot backup measures at every level, including the encoder, stream switch, multiplexer, modulator, and mixer. In addition to the encoder, which uses an 8+1 redundancy backup, all other devices employ a 1+1 redundancy backup method. Both the primary and backup modulators output independently, and the RF output utilizes an RF switch with redundant power supply that can bypass power outages. The design plan fully considers the system's stability, security, and cost-effectiveness, and has been repeatedly validated by senior technical engineers from Harrier Company to ensure there are no single points of failure.

With the successful conclusion of the 12th National Games, this event marks our company's first large-scale sports event closed-circuit television case. With a strong technical team, a rich product line, and a comprehensive service support system, this project has enabled Onebandinp to undertake large-scale sporting events, establishing Onebandinp as an outstanding system service provider in the broadcasting and television industry.
