To enhance our company's capability in professional technical services and to better provide our customers with comprehensive, systematic, and prompt after-sales service, we invited Mr. Madan, the Technical Director of AppearTV, to China on August 3, 2015, to conduct comprehensive and in-depth professional technical training for our technical service team.
This training further deepened our technical team's understanding of the XC-5X00 series products produced by AppearTV, providing new insights into each functional module. Mr. Madan's visit to China also introduced brand new products, such as the module that supports DVB-S/S2 modulation. This module enables AppearTV's products to be applied in various satellite television applications and has already been implemented in Germany and other European and American countries. This module has significantly expanded the application range of AppearTV's products.
In addition to introducing the functional applications, Mr. Madan, as the technical core figure of AppearTV, provided a detailed explanation of the application principles and professional operations of the equipment during the training process. This enabled our company's technical engineers to quickly locate and resolve equipment faults, further enhancing the professional quality of our technical engineers and allowing users to receive more professional, efficient, and direct technical support in a timely manner.
The entire training process showcased Mr. Madan's professional demeanor. He imparted technical knowledge to us using the most professional, clear, and precise language, with content that was both accessible and diverse. To ensure we could better understand his points, Mr. Madan provided detailed explanations at each step, combining theory with practical operations.
On August 5th, the training concluded successfully. Our engineers unanimously reported positive feedback and expressed a desire for more similar training sessions to be held.
