【Repair Process Introduction】
1. Users download the "Oneband Maintenance Application Form";
2. Users need to fill in the detailed information in the application form. Our company will issue an invoice and the return address for the repaired equipment based on this information after the repair is accepted (unless otherwise specified); users should indicate the fault symptoms of the equipment to facilitate our initial inspection;
3. The user submits the repair application form to our company for confirmation via fax, email, etc. (with a company seal or signature);
4. Our processing workflow consists of receiving, initial inspection, repair, and return; the typical repair cycle for faults is 10 working days.
A Receipt: Once our company receives the equipment for repair, users can check the status of the device on our website using the serial number;
When the initial inspection, maintenance, and other process situations do not match what the user has filled out, our company will contact the user based on the information in the application form.
After the repair is completed, our company will send the repair quotation based on the information in the application form;
After the user makes the payment, our company will return the device to the user at the address specified in the application form.
