The AKD3000D is designed for high-speed data services and utilizes a three-axis servo system for azimuth, elevation, and polarization. The automatic satellite acquisition time is less than 3 minutes, and the one-button satellite acquisition technology combined with a guided graphical user interface ensures that non-professional technicians can operate the system correctly. The modular design and the use of carbon fiber materials reduce the overall size and weight of the equipment, making it easy to carry in a standard travel case. The innovative dual-reflector shaped antenna technology guarantees high gain, low sidelobes, and excellent cross-polarization isolation. This product is designed according to national military standards and has passed rigorous environmental testing, ensuring that the system can be used in extremely harsh conditions.


The AKD3000D portable station antenna system integrates a beacon receiver, antenna controller, GPS module, and various sensors. Through self-developed satellite acquisition algorithms, it can operate in fully automatic mode, including automatic deployment, satellite acquisition, and storage. Manual and semi-automatic modes can also be used when necessary, allowing for quick antenna pointing towards the satellite to establish a communication link. Monitoring and operation of the AKD3000D can be achieved through dedicated software installed on a laptop (PC) or PDA. This software features a user-friendly, simple, and aesthetically pleasing interface, making it easy to operate. Non-professionals can become proficient in operating the equipment after brief training, referred to as "one-button satellite acquisition." In the field, satellites can be locked within 3 minutes.

The outdoor emergency usage conditions for this product are extremely harsh. Therefore, the reliability design of this series mainly includes:
- Rain and high humidity performance: Under powered operating conditions, it can be continuously used in the rain;
- High and low temperature design. The equipment is equipped with fans for active heat dissipation, preventing heat accumulation under high temperature conditions and maintaining the internal temperature of the device consistent with the ambient temperature. In extreme high and low temperature natural environments, heating and cooling kits can be used for protection;
- Salt spray and seawater corrosion resistance: All product materials are selected to meet the three-proof requirements of 316 stainless steel, LF2 rust-proof aluminum, ABS engineering plastic, and rubber with added three-proof components; the exposed surfaces of the products are treated with shot peening, and the coating process parameters include epoxy modified primer/acrylic topcoat and high-temperature baking paint; the dynamic assembly structure of the parts uses rubber ring sealing; the full surface protective layer and internal components are treated to withstand salt spray at ten times the national military standard, ensuring resistance to salt spray and seawater corrosion;
- Shock resistance and impact resistance: All products feature a flexible three-dimensional shock-absorbing suspension system;

The antenna uses aluminum honeycomb reinforced carbon fiber offset feed technology, featuring molded construction, lightweight, and high rigidity. The antenna's reflective surface is designed in segments, making it portable and easy to install, effectively reducing the weight of the antenna reflective surface system. The polarization automatic tracking structural design allows the system to automatically adjust the polarization angle of satellite communication based on the geographic location of the equipment. The polarization rotation settings can meet the necessary rotation angles without affecting the normal operation of the entire system.
